JuwonLee  “Through this trip, I was once again shown how incredible God is.  A lot of times, as Christians, we are forced to be religious only by faith.  However, in the twenty first century, faith in the intangible is often ridiculed.  Therefore, even when many young people want to be Christians, they are hesitant because God is not something that our materialistic society values.  But this trip gave evidences, scientific evidences, in which we can observe to prove God’s existence.  I really hope that more people can learn about how convincing and true creationism is and can build a strong base for the Christian community.  I personally hope to be able to work as a Christian leader and spread the truth later.”

Samuel Chung  “At first I really did not want to go to this trip and really doubted creationism because of all the convincing, realistic evidence that evolution gave.  I had really little faith in God and expected nothing from this trip.  But after listening to Dr. Kim and seeing all the beauty the earth holds, I realized the beauty of this world couldn’t be out of randomness and accident.  This really saved my faith in God’s creation and made me really thankful to God.”

Joshua (Jung Hoon) Chung  “I believe that it is no accident that I was brought to this creationism tour.  I believe that God brought me here and that it was His will for me to be exposed to the truth.  The truth that He is really God, the Creator and my Father.  Before this trip, I was falling away from my faith, the world got in the way of my relationship with God.  I was subject to sin and filled with doubt as a high school student.  I realized how far I was away from Him so I prayed for strength and a way to come back and stick to the path that He has set for me.  This creationism tour is God’s work in my life and I realize that he has answered my prayers.  He has opened my eyes to see the truth in His creation.  This trip has brought me back to the path of a Christian and now I have no doubt that He is true God and Creator, my Father and Savior.  I am his child and the most thing I fear now is living according to His Word and keeping faithful.  I ask for prayers to help me on this journey as I know there are many temptations to break my relationship with my Father.  I want to seek Him forever.  Now I know what it means to fear God.”

Jayne Chung  “Before coming onto this trip, I fully loved biology and had no doubts about evolution.  So, I had no idea what to expect from this tour.  Now, three days later, I have new curiosity to learn all I can about evolutionary biology and Christianity.  This trip brought up topics that I had never before considered thoroughly, such as the Flood carving the canyons.  I am grateful for not only learning more about creation/evolution, but also for meeting people that I would not have the opportunity to meet others and getting to know people from my own church.  This trip was a great experience and I am thankful I had the chance to come on it.”

Iris Chung  “I have always been different from other kids at church.  Things that they would accept so easily were extremely difficult for me to swallow.  I am naturally many things – skeptic, debate, rationalist – but not Christian.  It was only through my mom’s great efforts that a seed of faith was planted in me.  However, subjects such as predestination and creationism always caused my faith to falter.  That is why I am very grateful to have come on this tour.  I was able to gain more knowledge and develop respect for creationism and Christianity as a whole.  I have also realized that blindly trusting science is not a good thing either.  In the future, as I do more research, I will make sure to look at creationism and evolution through unbiased eyes as 2 equally plausible theories until I reach what I find to be the truth.  I thank Dr. Kim and everyone who helped for a great experience and I hope we all do well in the future.  Praise God!”

Tong Il Seo  “This trip was a blessing for me because I got to learn so many things that I will never interested to learn.  As a raised in a devout Christian family, I never doubt the Bible and He created heavens and earth and everything in the world in 6 days.  However, I was never interested in even listening and seeing the perspective of evolution.  But through this trip, I get to see the side of evolution and in my own conclusion, it got verified as just theory, and Bible and God is the only Truth.”

YesolChoi  “I had heard of and studied creation science since years ago, but this trip had been especially different for me in its focus on the truth of Genesis.  I had always put the story of Genesis aside as something outside of human understanding that God had no plans of revealing the truth to us.  However, the trip showed me that God did not hide anything from us and science was a method he had allowed us to see more of Him.  Genesis comes to me as real.  Thank you.”

Chang Hyun Lee  “I believe God is the Creator.  He is the ultimate cause of the Universe.  There is no existing technology that can perfectly replicate the simple motion of fish.  The more I study science and engineering, I have to come to the conclusion that our knowledge about the world is so limited.  I’m glad the Scripture tells us the truth that it is the final destination of science.”

Lindsey Song  “Coming on this trip for the second time was truly a blessing.  It opened my eyes to help me realize that God is real and he is great.  Last year I had a hard time listening and connecting because all of the other students were a lot older than me and I was very uncomfortable.  But this year I came with people I know and was more focused and understood the material and messages better.  The time I spent on this trip was an amazing experience.”

Da Hee Diane Kim  “This trip was truly a blessing.  I learned so many new things.  The facts I learned about telling the time from Adam and Eve and to now is similar to what I learned in school.  I’ve always known that evolution was wrong, but being continually taught about it makes you question it.  This trip has truly been eye opening to learn more about Noah’s Ark and the Flood and how the canyons were carved out.  Thank you for the most amazing time.”

JinuChoe  “First off, this trip was a blessing in itself.  It was great to see all of those wonders that is God’s creation, to learn about them, and to meet some great people.  So thank you Onnuri!  I have grown up learning about proof of creation from my father, but it was awesome to reinforce some of these proof points.  I was one believed that some elements of both evolution and creation theories were true, just like another person said.  But I learned it differently on this trip that God’s Words from the Bible (Genesis) must be true, so it makes me want to read parts of the Bible again from a scientific viewpoint.  This trip gave me much more to ponder.  Thanks!”

JihoonSong  “I have only just begun reconnecting with the church after a period of time away and then I was sent on this creation science tour.  I did not know what to expect except that I’d be repeated the same things I’ve heard my entire life.  I was wrong.  Although at times it seemed as if I was being forced to see things a certain way, the evidence was always there to back them up.  I’ve always looked for concrete proof even though my faith should have been enough.  To be honest, I’ve heard several variations of these creation speeches, but this firsthand experience was truly something else.  Now I’d like to expand my knowledge on creationism on my own and work to further build up my fragile faith.”

Josh Kim  “I loved coming on this trip.  The food was amazing and the sights we saw took my breath away.  Personally, I needed this trip because I am a logic oriented, truth seeking guy and I have remained skeptical of any prevailing beliefs for a time.  Actually seeing the proof and learning the scientific reasoning behind this hard evidence immediately unveiled my eyes and hear from the truth that I remained blind from the truth that God is creator and our only loving and faithful God.  This experience has made me yearn to seek God more in my daily life because he is all the more real to me.  In addition, I am armed with evidence and proof when I need to stand my ground against the skeptics I really once was.”
