To be quite honest, at first, I did not even want to come on this rip. I didn’t even sign up for it willingly. Ironically, this is probably one of the most worth it, rewarding trips I have been on in awhile. Not only was it aesthetically appealing and even refreshing for the change in location and scenery; but I just learned so much. I learned so much that I even struggle to write it all down on paper. I think one of the most important things I learned was the connection that science has to the creation of the universe. I learned that if done correctly and honestly, science actually is a friend of the faith, not an enemy. Rather than bashing or disregarding science altogether, I realized just how important science is to the creation truth . It’s amazing to see for yourself the evidence of God’s creation in and on the Earth. I believe it is a common misconception that if you believe the creation truth that science is completely ruled out, but much of the evidence is scientifically proven.

I am so thankful that I joined this Creation Trip! Thankful that I have learned so much from MR. Hoesch, regarding the judgement day (both the flood judgement and the final judgement) Mr. Hoesch has strengthened my faith in the word. From the time of creation and of the time aht will come, the end times! He made me see that different layers of land correspond to different times of the earth’s existence and proves also that there was a flood judgement on this earth! So I always have to be ready for the final one.

I’m so thankful that I was able to learn about God;s creations and also God himself. I also realized how evil this world is and how we’re all brainwashed with “scientific” theories, that aren’t even supported by proper evidence, since childhood. The more I learned about, saw, heard, and experienced God’s creation, the more convinced I became that the universe has a creator. Now, I can confidently say that I believe in creation not just because of my religion but because it is the truth. Thank you so much, it was truly a blessed time.

I’ve always believed in the creation but never really knew the reason why. If a non-christian would’ve asked me the reason of why I did, I would have been wordless other than b/c the bible’s true. Thanks to this retreat I even know the reasons why evolution is false. I will now know what is true about the things I’m taught in school.

Before coming on this trip, I had a falling out with my belief. Although I felt spiritually strong I still struggles in my actual belief that the earth and all other things were created by God. But through the teachings of our guide, Bill, I learned many logical explanations of how creation can be explained and justified to those with a secular viewpoint. I’m thankful for the facts and biblical answers that this trip has given me.
